Pete Willson has over 30 years experience working with homeowners, realtors, builders and sub-contractors. He is familiar with all phases of the construction industry.

Ann Paradise has over 30 years experience in Commercial and Residential Interior Design. She started Design Plus in 1979 in Dallas, Texas.  Pete and Ann married in 1990 and moved to Colorado in 1995. She works alongside Pete in  design and sales of FIRST CALL.

Kay Neeley(sister and sister-in-law to Ann and Pete) has been responsible for office operations for over 20 years.
