“Spring 2015 I contacted Pete and Ann from First Call for several remodel projects in a 40-year old log home.  Possibilities are endless on what you can “discover” during a demo and upgrade project.  Pete was always ready for any challenge.  I am so pleased with the professionalism and workmanship that he demonstrated.  After meeting with a metal fabricator to discuss and coordinate a tight work area, Pete demoed and prepared the area for a spiral staircase replacement.  The install went flawless for the fabricator because of Pete’s level of detail.  Pete also replaced storm and solid wood entry doors, replaced a vanity with a granite top, medicine cabinet and additional trim work.  It took 25 years living at my home to find an experienced contractor/handyman that I would always welcome back in my home to complete another project…thank you Pete!”
